Job Description

We are looking for an skilled, effect-driven, and strategic leader to serve as Chief of Foundation for the non-profit arm of an Event Management and Generation organisation.
The Foundation is dedicated to supplying high-effect community-related interventions at the overlap of youth empowerment, innovative enterprise development, group transformation, and education.
As Chief of Foundation, you will head the company’s purpose to design, financial support, execute, and scale programs that supply measurable community influence.
You will be in charge of pushing strategic collaborations, shaping regulatory framework relation, securing financing, monitoring programme dispatch, and making sure adherence with both donor and statutory obligations. This position blends strategic aspiration with business executive guidance and a in-depth dedication to transformative adjustment.

Bsc in Community-related Sciences, Development Studies, Public Regulatory framework, or relevant field (MSC or NGO/CSR qualifications are a desirable asset)
7+ years of progressively in charge expertise in community influence work, development project coordination, NGO executive guidance, or CSR programme execution.
Established history of securing grants or financing and coordinating donor relations.
Deep knowledge of Nigeria’s development ecosystem, SDGs, and public-private development partnership mechanisms.
Expertise coordinating financial plans, programme cycles, and Monitoring and evaluation frameworks.
Outstanding stakeholder engagement and verbal abilities, especially with development agencies, government bodies, and philanthropies.

Committed to innovative sector development, youth empowerment, and welcoming group transformation.
Entrepreneurial thinker with a robust issue resolution onboarding.
High emotional intelligence and capability to operate across sectors and cultural situations.
Exhibited capability to motivate trust, mobilize assets, and head adjustment.
Understanding with narrative creation, brand identity, and communications during the formation space will be an added advantage.
