Position Overview

We are looking for a meticulous and initiative-driven Quality assurance Officerto supervise service dispatch, facility guidelines, and customer experience within our Lifestyle Center. The successful applicant will be in charge of supervising quality, making sure adherence with rules, and pushing ongoing development across all operational units.

Primary duties

• Execute and preserve standards regulate standardized processes and benchmarks across all service zones.
• Carry out consistent inspections of facilities to guarantee cleanliness, safety, and servicing & maintenance guidelines are fulfilled.
• Track employee output and client support dispatch to guarantee adherence with set guidelines.
• Explore and settle quality-associated concerns in partnership possessing applicable departments.
• Collect and evaluate client response to recognize practices and zones for advancement.
• Organize and show periodic quality audit documentation for executive review.
• Offer learning and assist to employees to preserve service improvement.
• Guarantee alignment to health, safety, and compliance obligations.
• Endorse industry standards and advancements to improve client fulfillment.
• Capability to operate jointly with various teams.

Credentials

• Bsc in hotel management Management, Business Management, Standards oversight, or a relevant field.
• 2–4 years of expertise in QA/regulate, ideally inside hospitality, in-store, or lifestyle centers.
• Deep knowledge of client support guidelines and facility management procedures.
• Expertise in employees development, adherence supervising, and service audits is a plus.
