Position Overview

The Content creator will be central to our promotion endeavors, in charge of generating premium quality creative assets that highlights properties, customer experiences, and corporate identity achievements. This position requires a innovative specialist who can capture the essence of property living, craft compelling graphics for promotional initiatives, and work alongside the team to guarantee regular and influential narrative creation across channels.

Primary duties

• Real estate Demonstrating: Capture stunning photos and videos of our properties to bring to attention their capabilities, ambience, and lifestyle appeal.
• Promotion Content Formation: Generate visually captivating content (short-form videos, reels, lifestyle shoots, tours) tailored for social platforms, website, and advertising marketing.
• Event & Corporate identity Recordkeeping: Cover organisation events, customer collaborations, and project achievements through photography and videography.
• Storyboarding & Innovative Direction: Work alongside the Promotion and Social platforms teams to envision and implement content creative thoughts that match with corporate identity targets.
• Editing & Generation: Refine unedited material and photos into polished, specialist assets optimized for different channels.
• Digital Resource control: Preserve a organized library of multimedia files for easy team entry and reuse.
• Tools Care: Ensure proper managing, servicing & maintenance, and safe storage of cameras, lighting, drones, and other gear.
• Creative invention & Practices: Stay forward of property and digital promotion practices, bringing fresh creative thoughts for graphics narrative creation.

Qualifications & Competencies

• Interested applicants should have applicable credentials with 2 - 4 years work expertise.
• Robust project sample of property, real estate, lifestyle, or business-related photography/videography.
• Competence in specialist cameras, mobile photography, drones, gimbals, lighting, and audio tools.
• Skilledin Adobe Premiere Pro, Concluding Cut Pro, After Outcomes, Photoshop, and Lightroom.
• Verified ability to produce compelling short-form content for social platforms channels (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn).
• Outstanding eye for structure, description, and graphics narrative creation — especially in property or lifestyle situations.
• Robust planning abilities and capability to oversee various projects at the same time.
• Readiness to operate any time (evenings, weekends) for real estate shoots or events.

Preferred Traits:

Prior expertise in property, lifestyle, architecture, or hospitality photography/videography. Enthusiasm for blending creativeness with business-related targets (sales-driven narrative creation).
