Overview
We are looking for a very driven and skilled Farm operations manager to supervise the processes of our medium-sized farm located in Alabata, Abeokuta, Ogun State.
Duties
- Oversee daily farm processes.
- Offer robust domain expertise in crop and livestock generation.
- Introduce modern farming methods and ensure productivity.
- Oversee and educate farm laborers.
- Help with routine farm initiatives which includes planting, weeding, harvesting, and animal care.
- Preserve cleanliness and orderliness of the farm.
- Collaborate with the farm operations supervisor and other workers.
- Show dedication and growth mindset and develop competencies.
Qualifications
- Basic expertise in farming and agricultural procedures.
- Must be physically suit, diligent, and dependable.
- Readiness to live and combine into a rural group
- Down-to-earth mindset with preparedness to operate in a collaborative environment.
