Business promotion & sales Manager at GTI Microfinance Bank Limited in Lagos

Job Description

The Business promotion & sales Manager will be in charge of pushing business expansion, monitoring loan processing, and making sure the financial soundness of the branch’s credit project sample.
This position includes directing subordinates, analyzing loan applications, deposit mobilization, mitigating risks, and nurturing robust client connections.
The preferred candidate must possess a established history in microfinance lending, loan recovery, and risk mitigation strategy.

Organize, oversee, market loan goods and process loan applications for Clients
Supervise subordinates and assess loan processing to decide clients financial qualification and practicality of repayment of loans
Decide all relevant ratios and indicators and set up loan payment strategies
Finalize loan agreements and counsel customers on rules and restrictions
Opening loan applications carrying out loan evaluation by visiting the business and household of customers
Visiting the business /company of guarantors and getting ready a finalize loan evaluation according to the bank’s credit standardized processes
Demonstrating loan proposals to the credit units and informing the customer about the decision of the credit units
Making sure on time repayments of obtained loans from customers, connecting and visiting all parties based on needs
Making sure premium quality guidelines of the bank’s credit project sample
Capability to meet and exceed targets while actively operating to rising business project sample and customers' base.

Bsc in a applicable field of study or applicable specialist certification would be a plus
At least 3 - 5 years of expertise in financial solutions.
At least 2 years of expertise in a executive role paticularly in a microfinance bank.
Good people skills with robust verbal and professional writing competencies.
