Position Overview

This position is designed for a innovative Human resources specialist with robust competence in human resource management and business intelligence. The successful applicant will assist inmanagingfull Human resources full operational cycle — from hiring process and relation to learning, development, and succession organizing — while leveraging data findings to lead strategic people decisions across the company.

Primary duties

• Collaborate with executive guidance to design, execute, and track skilled plans in sync with business targets.
• Oversee comprehensive Human resources methods which includes hiring process, orientation, results tracking, employee relation, and retention.
• Head professional growth programs, career advancement frameworks, and succession organizing.
• Collect, evaluate, and analyze Human resources data to produce practical findings for staff planning and strategic judgment.
• Track and documentation Human resources KPIs, dashboards, and practices to enhance corporate performance.
• Serve as a culture advocate, supporting employee well-being, career progression, and strong results.
• Guarantee adherence with Human resources rules, guidelines, and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Bsc in HR, Business Management, Economics, Statistics, or relevant field (MSC or Human resources accreditation – CIPM, SHRM, CIPD – is a plus).
• 3–4 years of practical experience in Human resources with robust exposure to human resource management and Human resources data analysis.
• Outstanding command of HRIS operational structures, Ms office tools, and data visualization resources (Excel, Power BI, or similar).
• Clear expression, interpersonal, and shaping competencies with the capability to operate across all corporate levels.
• Logical mentality with critical thinking, issue resolution abilities, and a high sense of plan.
