Position Overview

The Human resources Process Expert will be in charge of conceptualizing, optimizing, and monitoring personnel methods that assist the smooth functioning of the tertiary institution’s managerial and academic staff. The position requires robust logical, corporate, and analytical abilities, in addition to the capability to guarantee effectiveness and adherence in Human resources processes.

Primary duties

• Design, execute, and track Human resources methods to enhance effectiveness and adherence.
• Evaluate current Human resources standardized processes and endorse upgrades.
• Preserve precise Human resources records and produce documentation using Excel spreadsheet software.
• Assist hiring process, orientation, results tracking, and other Human resources processes.
• Guarantee adherence with work legal provisions, institutional rules, and industry standards in higher education Human resources management.
• Offer learning and direction to employees on Human resources operational structures and methods.

Credentials & Qualifications

• At least Bachelor's degree. in Business Management, Personnel Management, or relevant field.
• A minimum of 5 years’ expertise in Human resources-associated positions inside the teaching industry ideally Private Universities.
• Robust competence in Ms office tools.
• Clear articulation, corporate, and people skills.
• Verified ability to operate independently and jointly in a dynamic environment.
