Warehouse Manager at J3 Foods and Store International in Shimawa, Ogun

Duties

• Supervise inventory receiving, storage, and issuance of goods.
• Ensure precise inventory records (physical vs. system) and carry out consistent cycle counts and inventory adjustments.
• Track expiry dates and oversee FIFO (First-In, First-Out) or FEFO (First-Expired, First-Out) for spoiling items.
• Documentation inventory discrepancies, compensation, or shortages to the Chief of Warehouse.
• Oversee loading and unloading of goods to prevent loss.
• Ensure proper stacking, labeling, and storage of goods (e.g., temperature regulate for perishables).
• Organize with logistics & transport teams for prompt dispatches.
• Preserve warehouse cleanliness, company, and safety guidelines.
• Organize and confirm GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), waybills, and dispatch notes.
• Guarantee adherence with organisation rules, safety rules (OSHA), and quality benchmarks (ISO, GMP).
• Help in audits (internal/external) and preserve proper records.
• Oversee warehouse assistants and loaders.
• Guarantee alignment to Standard Operating Standardized processes (SOPs).
• Produce routine/on a weekly basis documentation on inventory levels, dispatches, and warehouse effectiveness.
• Documentation business hurdles to the Chief of Warehouse and suggest enhancements.

Qualifications

Interested applicants should have an OND / Higher national diploma / Bachelor's degree Academic qualification with 3 - 4 years work expertise.
