Position Overview

The Regulatory manager will be in charge of making sure that the organization’s processes, financial funding goods, and professional guidance adhere with relevant legal provisions, rules, and organizational guidelines. Consultative s Development:

• Advise management and employees on adherence qualifications connected with product development, promotion, and customer interaction.
• Supply capacity-building plans to employees on compliance-related obligations, ethical carry out, and internal adherence rules.

Status updates Compliance:

• Send periodic adherence documentation to the CEO and Board of Directors.

Qualifications

• Bsc in law, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or associated discipline (master’s or a member of a professional body is a plus).
