Position Overview

The Regulatory manager will be in charge of making sure that the organization’s processes, financial funding goods, and professional guidance adhere with relevant legal provisions, rules, and organizational guidelines. This comprises monitoring of compliance-related filings with the Securities and Exchange Fee (SEC Nigeria), supervising compliance to investor protection standard procedures, and supporting a robust culture of adherence across the company.

Consultative s Development:

  • Advise management and employees on adherence qualifications connected with product development, promotion, and customer interaction.
  • Supply capacity-building plans to employees on compliance-related obligations, ethical carry out, and internal adherence rules.
  • Offer ongoing direction to financial funding, processes, and customer support teams to guarantee adherence consolidation.

Status updates Compliance:

  • Send periodic adherence documentation to the CEO and Board of Directors.
  • Serve as the primary communication link with authorities, auditors, and external counsel on adherence matters.

Qualifications

  • Bsc in law, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or associated discipline (master’s or a member of a professional body is a plus).

  • Solid understanding of SEC Nigeria regulations, NSE rules, and other applicable financial market standard procedures.
