Position Overview
The position holder is in charge of full comprehensive compliance, monitoring and settlement of Markets goods for In-country Financial Markets trades across West African sites. This comprises but is not limited to, line management of all team members, both in-country and across West African sites, development of teams, goal planning and assist for career advancement. Primary duties Plan:
- Transparently establish key targets for all West Africa Markets Business & Customer Initiatives (MBCS) teams and ensure full alignment to worldwide Targets & key outcomes (OKRs)

- Making sure uniformity of service guidelines/methods where possible across West African sites.
- Ownership (COO) of all launch process risk concerns originating in West African sites and in charge of closing them out as a priority, in collaboration with the Chief of operations and Risk Managers.

- Participating all local compliance-related operating groups and local risk panels for West African sites, and in charge of remediation of all launch risks for West Africa.

Business:

- Education: Academic qualification in Business, Economics, Finance, Maths, Engineering
- Qualifications: ACI Accredited, preferred

- This position would require a academic qualification, 10+ years of related experience in financial institution.
