The position of the Guard Processes Evaluator can be condensed as the processing and management of information. The Guard Processes Evaluator is the Guard and Group Affairs (CA) focal point for all group and community-related information concerning, and affecting on, the organization's interests across locally, not just for the project.

Duty and Duties

• The main responsibility of the Guard Processes Evaluator is to guarantee clear communication and information flow between the Guard Department and the CA Department.
• This comprises the collation and information exchange of applicable information captured by Group Affairs and Public & Government relations to the Guard Department.
• The position comprises the requirement to generate documented and verbal documentation offering statistical data in addition to evaluation and comment on group-associated concerns, incidents and threats affecting on the organization.
• The prompt generation and distribution of these documentation is critical and will require the Processes Evaluator to prioritize assigning in order to meet the due dates and offer near real time status updates.
• The Guard Processes Evaluator will also offer comment and evaluation of practices and key concerns concerning group and community-related concerns, and threats affecting upon the organization and/or the Project in addition to comment on threat agents.
• The Guard Processes Evaluator will offer initiative-driven guidance on group and community-related concerns to the Guard Manager and, where assigned, to Worldwide Guard.
• The Guard Processes Evaluator will oversee and educate the Business data analyst to better distribute position task volume and to become skilled in all qualifications of the Guard Processes Evaluator position.
• Use authorized software to produce documentation and data as necessary.
• As directed by the Guard Manager, the Processes Evaluator will carry out site trips to the different sites.
