Position Overview

• The Compliance-related Status updates Workspace is in charge of making sure the prompt, precise, and conforming entry of all compliance-related returns to supervisory governing bodies which includes the CBN, NDIC, and other applicable bodies.
• The position includes managing data collection cross-functional units, preserving current expertise in compliance obligations, and serving as a key communication link with authorities on status updates matters.
• In addition, the officer aids adherence compliance by supervising compliance-related modifications, coordinating employees attestation to rules, and getting ready documentation for top level management and board of directors.
• This role plays a vital function in safeguarding the company’s compliance-related standing, minimizing adherence risks, and nurturing a robust culture of responsibility and transparency.

Legal adherence Supervising:

Stay current with modifications in compliance-related status updates qualifications, circulars, and directives, and execute necessary status reports promptly. Track compliance-related progress updates and convey implications for executive review and applicable participants.

Participant Relation:

Serve as the primary communication link with authorities on status updates-associated matters, which includes responding to questions and coordinating examinations. Assist within and outside the organization audits, inspections, and compliance-related assessments.

Risk & Regulate Management:

Recognize promise compliance-related and adherence risks in status updates methods and endorse corrective or preventive measures. Report to higher support tier significant concerns to top level management with proposed remediation actions.

Management Status updates:

Qualifications

• Bsc in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Management, or a relevant field.
• A member of a professional body or advancement towards one (ACA, ACCA, ICAN, or adherence-associated accreditation) is a plus.
• 1–3 years of expertise in compliance-related status updates, adherence, audit, finance, or a relevant position within financial solutions.
• Prior exposure to compliance-related bodies (e.g., CBN, NDIC) or expertise getting ready compliance-related returns is highly preferred.
• Expertise in data evaluation and status updates, with robust practical understanding of Excel or other analytics platforms.

Competencies:

• Capability to evaluate, confirm, and resolve large sets of financial and business data.
• Reliable expertise in adherence frameworks, compliance, and risk mitigation strategy principles.
