Project Admin - Building a Resilient Local Dairy Stock Chain in Nigeria at TechnoServe in Ibadan, Oyo

Position Overview

TechnoServe looks for a highly structured, meticulous specialist to help with managerial and logistics processes for TechnoServe Nigeria’s country workspace. The position is a critical operation of the Processes department to assist initiatives across the Building of a Resilient Local Dairy Stock Chain in Nigeria project.

 Programme Overview

TechnoServe’s Building a Resilient Local Dairy Stock Chain in Nigeria goals to build a precision, maintainable, and efficient local dairy full operational cycle in Nigeria within 4 years in a way that gains the revenues, adaptability, and carbon footprint of dairy farmers in Nigeria.

Workspace Management:

• Examine and track usage of workspace consumables and its facilities which includes utilities which includes diesel, generator servicing & maintenance, electricity and other workplace safety and wellness authorities.
• Composing of documentation concerning the state workspaces.
• Collection of fuel buy bills at the state workspaces for transmission to the finance unit.
• Performs routine buys and supervises workspace small expense fund.
• Offer small expense fund vouchers and payment of small expense fund expenditures.
• Send every month Small expense fund financial support settlement with all associated documents.
• Prepare correspondence, which includes documentation, methods, and other managerial documents.
• Assumes duty for record submitting and applies plan in conceptualizing workspace managerial standardized processes.

Procurement:

Collaborate with Processes Specialists of the project to organize the projects needs and make the requests in the system

Preferred Certification:

Alternatively, possess a minimum of 2 years of work expertise in an managerial / workspace leadership position, with duties connected with procurement ideally with an international NGO.

 Commute:

Capability to commute on occasion.      

Language Requirement:

Fluency in English both in drafting and speaking.
