Position Overview

We are looking for a visionary and outcomes-driven Chief operator to head the processes of our radio station in Iwo, Osun State. The preferred candidate will be accountable for managing every facet of the station's effectiveness - which includes programming, marketing, promotion, HR, technical processes, and legal adherence while pushing audience growth and income.

Credentials

Bsc: A Academic qualification in Broadcasting, Mass Information exchange, Communications, Business Management, or a relevant field with at least 4 years' industry expertise and amongst, 2 years' executive expertise is essential. MSC: A MSC is desirable with at least 3 years' industry expertise and amongst, 1 year' executive expertise, especially in zones like Radio Management or Media is essential. Accreditation: Qualifications in Radio Management or a relevant field can be advantageous.
