Job Description

Oversee warehouse employees and supervise routine initiatives.
Oversee, assess, and documentation on entire warehouse productivity.
Track and organize the receipt, storage, and prompt dispatch of goods and materials to outlets/kitchens.
Preserve precise records, produce documentation, and organize necessary recordkeeping.
Guarantee adherence with food safety, health, and safety rules.
Carry out routine inspections of the warehouse environment, tools, and storage terms.
Organize and preserve warehouse fleets, tools, and assets.
Convey and work alongside productively with other departments (procurement, processes, kitchen, finance) and external participants.

At least Bachelor's degree / Higher national diploma in Stock Chain, Logistics, Business Management, or relevant field.
A minimum of 5 years’ demonstrated expertise as a Warehouse Manager (ideally in QSR or food industry).
Robust practical understanding of warehouse processes, food storage, and allocation management.
Outstanding executive guidance, corporate, and schedule control competencies, with the capability to assign productively.
Clear expression and interpersonal abilities for team and cross-unit-specific partnership.
Competence in Office productivity software, stock software, and records entry operational structures.
Exhibited analytical abilities, adaptability, and eagerness in a dynamic environment.
