Position Overview

We're seeking highly proficient Solvent Plant Operators requiring at least 5 years of expertise in a similar role in a production operations organisation. The successful applicants will be in charge of operating and preserving tools, making sure most effective effectiveness, and optimizing productivity in their respective sections.

Preparatory Section:

• Organize flakes for solvent extraction, making sure quality and uniformity
• Operate and track tools, modifying regulates as necessary
• Carry out standard procedure checks and servicing & maintenance to prevent non-operational time

Silo Pre-Cleaning Section:

• Operate and track tools to guarantee productive pre-cleaning of soya beans
• Carry out standard procedure checks and servicing & maintenance to prevent non-operational time
• Diagnose issues concerns and execute corrective actions

Qualifications

Education: OND / Higher national diploma / Bachelor's degree in a applicable field, which includes Chemical Engineering, Food Science, or a relevant field. Least experience: 5 years of expertise in a similar role in a production operations organisation, ideally in a solvent extraction or chemical processing environment.
