Position Overview

An skilled and devoted SAP PM Top level Advisor to join Dangote SAP Dispatch Center in India. In this vital function, you'll be in charge of the full lifecycle management of our SAP Plant Servicing & maintenance (PM) initiatives, from thorough design and setup to execution, running test, and continuous help. You will serve as a key domain specialist, operating closely with servicing & maintenance, processes, and finance business participants to convert sophisticated resource control qualifications into strong SAP PM functionalities, enhance servicing & maintenance methods, reduce non-operational time, and improve entire asset effectiveness. SAP PM Setup & Customization:

• Execute practical setup and customization across a variety of SAP PM functionalities, which includes:
• Master Data: Operational Sites, Tools, Invoices of Material (BOMs) for tools, measuring points, counters, warranties, servicing & maintenance strategies (plan, single cycle, various counter).
• Updates: Alert types (malfunction, service, activity documentation), catalog profiles, coding.
• Work Orders: Order types (corrective, preventive, refurbishment, service orders), processes, regulate keys, cost settlement regulations.
• System failure Servicing & maintenance, Corrective Servicing & maintenance, Preventive Servicing & maintenance, Predictive Servicing & maintenance (basics).
• Calibration Methods.
• Servicing & maintenance Organizing: Assignment lists (tools, operational site, general), servicing & maintenance plans, planning parameters.
• Servicing & maintenance Catalogs (loss, cause, activity codes).
• License Processing.
• Verify that every settings meet operational requirements, follow servicing & maintenance industry standards, and combine seamlessly inside the SAP ecosystem.

Project Execution & Dispatch:

• Actively head or engage in all phases of the SAP PM program duration (e.g., Organize, Explore, Realize, Deploy, Run), taking ownership of allocated outputs connected with plant servicing & maintenance.
• Organize thorough operational requirements for custom progress updates (RICEF objects: Documentation, Interfaces, Switches, Upgrades, Forms) and team up with ABAP developers, making sure compliance to design and quality benchmarks.
• Supervise and assist data migration initiatives for PM master data (e.g., operational sites, tools, servicing & maintenance strategies, assignment lists).

Running test & QA:

• Formulate complete test scenarios and scripts for SAP PM functionalities.
• Head and implement unit running test, assistance network consolidation running test (SIT), and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) to confirm the capability, precision, and effectiveness of servicing & maintenance initiatives.
• Recognize, evaluate, and settle sophisticated concerns, faults, and discrepancies encountered during running test phases and post-go-live.

Development & Recordkeeping:

Formulate premium quality development materials and carry out specialist-level development sessions for servicing & maintenance planners, technicians, and supervisors on SAP PM functionalities and status updates. Produce and preserve thorough recordkeeping, which includes process flows, operational requirements, setup advisors, and end-user guides.

Guidance & Expert influence:

Offer guidance, direction, and expertise move to entry-level PM advisors and internal assist teams, nurturing their career progression. Stay abreast of the latest SAP progress updates within SAP S/4HANA Resource control and related sector practices in plant servicing & maintenance, reliability, and asset results tracking.

Expertise:

• At least 8+ years of devoted, practical experience as an SAP PM Advisor.
• Demonstrated expertise engaging in a minimum of 2-3 full lifecycle SAP PM execution projects or significant improvement/rollout projects.
• In-depth understanding in various components of plant servicing & maintenance, which includes corrective, preventive, and predictive servicing & maintenance methods.
• Comprehensive practical experience with SAP S/4HANA Resource control is a robust advantage. Expertise with SAP ECC 6.0 PM is crucial.

Technical expertise:

• Specialist-level expertise in SAP PM module settings, master data, and operational workflows.
• Deep knowledge of consolidation points with MM, FI/CO, QM, and PS.
• Capability to compose clear, thorough, and complete operational requirements for sophisticated custom progress updates (RICEF objects).
• Competence in ABAP diagnosing is highly preferred.
• Expertise with status updates and data analysis resources for servicing & maintenance data (e.g., Fiori apps, SAP BW, SAC).

• Expertise in a specific industry vertical applicable to our business .
• Expertise in Reliability Centered Servicing & maintenance (RCM) or Total Efficient Servicing & maintenance (TPM) principles.
• Understanding with IoT consolidation for asset supervising or predictive servicing & maintenance initiatives within SAP.
• Expertise with SAP Fiori apps for Plant Servicing & maintenance.
