Position Overview

The Program officer will assist the design, execution, and supervising of program initiatives across the company’s thematic zones. The position requires a initiative-driven individual with basic NGO programming expertise, robust participant relation competencies, and the capability to supply projects productively in line with set timelines and targets.

Primary duties

• Assist the management, company, and implementation of projects and initiatives within Oyo State.
• Coordinate with project recipients, group participants, and applicable government delegates to guarantee efficient partnership.
• Perform periodic visits to project sites to track advancement and recognize differences.
• Help in project status updates, recordkeeping, and expertise management.
• Support to the design and dispatch of sessions on teaching rules, reproductive health, and group-attentive programs.

Qualifications

• First academic qualification in Community health, Community-related Sciences, Humanities, Education, Agricultural Extension, or associated fields.
• 1–3 years’ related experience in project assist or NGO program execution.
• Robust corporate, synchronization, and stakeholder engagement competencies.
• Competence in Office productivity software and capability to use the internet productively.
• Outstanding documented and spoken communication competencies.
