Role summary

We are seeking an skilled Warehouse Manager to supervise and organize the routine warehousing initiatives. You will execute generation, productivity, quality and client support guidelines and accomplish the suitable level of volume within time limits.

Duties

• Accomplish high levels of client fulfillment through superiority in receiving, recognizing, dispatching and assuring quality of goods
• Measure and documentation the performance of warehousing initiatives and employee’s effectiveness
• Arrange and preserve stock and storage zone
• Ensure shipments’ and stock financial record’ precision
• Convey position requirements and mentor employees
• Decide manpower planning levels and allocate task volume
• Interface with clients to response questions or solve challenges
• Preserve items document, record necessary information and utilize documentation to project warehouse status
• Recognize zones of advancement and establish creative or modify current work standardized processes and procedures
• Confer and organize initiatives with other departments

Qualifications

• A Academic qualification in logistics, stock chain management or business management.
• Proven work expertise as a Warehouse Manager.
• Highly efficient supervisory competencies and methods.
• Expertise in warehouse software bundles and MS Workspace competence.
• Capability to input, retrieve and evaluation data.
