Processes & eCommerce Officer at Lopterra Services Limited in Lagos

Duties

• Produce and execute the plan for sales, which includes cross-sell and Up-sell of all goods and solutions, in house and online to ongoing and possibility clients
• Oversee clients fulfillment, through right product dispatch, on-time dispatch, in right quantity, to right site, with attractive and cost saving dispatch through 3PL to clients
• Produce programs and new business creative thoughts and programs that would boost sales
• In charge of the business stock & replenishment management (online & offline)
• Sustains online presence with high points on digital promotion
• Check in on outstanding payments & finalized financial record
• Coordinate with other business development team member on client orders interfacing between customer & organisation
• Possess service understanding to productively offer guidance to clients on what corporate identity will match their needs
• Preserve an outstanding client support and specialist connection between the company, current and possibility clients
• Overseas the full scope of organizational processes, making sure a lean process is preserved
• Goods R & D
• Sharing information new product progress updates to potential & current clients.
• Formulate and oversee financial plans, regulate expenses, and expenditures
• Organize and convey for executive review, routine, on a weekly basis and every month sales, and initiatives documentation in line with the organization sales goal.
• And other duty as allocated by the management

Qualifications

Applicants should have a Bsc with 2 - 5 years work expertise.
