We are seeking an Accounting officer to oversee all financial financial record, from fixed payments and changeable expenditures to bank deposits and financial plans. Accounting officer duties comprise of auditing financial documents and standardized processes, adjusting financial statements and calculating tax payments and returns. To be successful in this position, you should possess previous expertise with financial recordkeeping and a talent for spotting quantitative mistakes. Ultimately, you will offer us with precise quantitative information on financial role, liquidity and cash flows of our business, while making sure we’re conforming with all tax rules.

Duties

• Oversee all financial transactions
• Develop financial plan projections
• Issue balance sheet and income statement in time
• Manage every month, every quarter and yearly closings
• Match financial records outgoing and incoming payments
• Guarantee promptness bank disbursements
• Calculate taxes and organize tax returns
• Oversee balance sheets and profit/loss statements
• Documentation on the organization’s financial health and liquidity
• Audit financial financial record and documents
• Reinforce financial data secrecy and carry out DB backups as required
