Job Description

Conceptualizing new product creative thoughts and recipes, structuring and cost optimization
Running test and examining samples, and carrying out strategic trials to enhance the product standard
Making sure adherence with safety, lawful and quality benchmarks
Combining new tech during the formation process of food generation
Scaling up the generation process from field experiment through to full-scale production operations
Operating closely with other specialists to formulate 'recipes'
Carrying out preservation field experiments and coordinating product stability running test
Documenting formulations, requirements, and process enhancements
Formulate and enhance food goods and methods in line with organisation targets and industry trends.
Carry out strategic trials and generate sample goods, utilizing variety of unedited materials and food processing technical solutions.
Guarantee adherence with government rules and industry guidelines during the formation and modification of food goods.
Evaluate food content, quality, and stability to guarantee they meet buyer needs and shelf-life requirements.
Work alongside QA teams to uphold safety guidelines in all generation stages.
Record all phases of R & D methods and report results for executive review teams.
Collaborate with promotion and buyer findings teams to comprehend client preferences and market requirement.
Help in scaling up successful product prototypes to full generation levels.

Bsc in Food Science, Nutrition, Chemistry, or a relevant field.
Demonstrated expertise as a Food scientist in the production operations industry.
Deep knowledge of food chemistry, microbiology, and processing technical solutions.
Outstanding analytical abilities and meticulousness.
Competence in using Office productivity software and industry-specific software.
Clear expression competencies, both verbal and documented.
Capability to operate in a collaborative environment.
