Position Overview

If so, we are looking for a Chief of People and Results tracking Manager to join our customer’s executive guidance team. This role manages recruitment, employee development, results tracking, relation, and adherence, making sure that the organization attracts, retains, and encourages high performer to attain business superiority.

Primary duties

• Strategic Human resources Executive guidance: Formulate and execute comprehensive Human resources plans in sync with strategic objectives, nurturing a positive office culture.
• Recruitment & Retention: Design creative hiring process and orientation plans to draw in multifaceted skilled, and formulate programs for employee relation and retention.
• Results tracking: Establish consistent output evaluation operational structures, which includes objective planning, response, and development strategies that advance ongoing development.
• Learning & Development: Recognize development needs, organize ability development programs, and assist advancement programs.
• Employee Relation & Well-being: Produce programs to improve staff drive, fulfillment, and well-being, which includes acknowledgment schemes.
• Adherence & Rules: Guarantee alignment to work legal provisions, industry guidelines, and organizational guidelines; modify rules as needed.
• Data & Data analysis: Utilize Human resources indicators and data analysis to guide strategic judgment, track staff practices, and enhance Human resources methods.
• Adjustment Management: Assist structural transformation programs and promote an environment that fosters creative invention and quickness.
• Cooperative Collaboration: Collaborate with executive guidance, management, and employees to embed Human resources industry standards across all levels.
