Workplace engagement:

  • Serve as a point of reach out for employee queries, employee concerns, and dispute settlement.

Human resources Management:

  • Oversee employee presence, depart records, and wage processing inputs.
  • Organize Human resources documentation and data analysis to assist strategic judgment methods.
  • Organize employee perks programs and settle associated queries.

Corporate Assist:

  • Assist the Human resources Manager in strategic Human resources projects and programs.
  • Support to the development of an compelling workplace culture that aids employee well-being and retention.
  • Help in adjustment management methods and corporate reorganization endeavors.

Qualifications

  • Bsc in HR Management, Business Management, or a relevant field.
  • Human resources qualifications which includes CIPM, SHRM, or CIPD are a plus.
  • At least 2 – 4 years of expertise in a generalist Human resources position.
  • Expertise in a multi-business environment or dynamic company will be an added advantage.

Competencies:

  • Solid understanding of Human resources principles, work legal provisions, and industry standards.
  • Clear articulation and people skills.
  • Competence in Human resources software and Ms office tools.
  • Robust corporate and issue resolution abilities.
  • Capability to manage private information with competence and discretion.
