- Assist the Human resources Manager in strategic Human resources projects and programs.
- Support to the development of an compelling workplace culture that aids employee well-being and retention.
- Help in adjustment management methods and corporate reorganization endeavors.
Qualifications
- Bsc in HR Management, Business Management, or a relevant field.
- Human resources qualifications which includes CIPM, SHRM, or CIPD are a plus.
- At least 2 – 4 years of expertise in a generalist Human resources position.
- Expertise in a multi-business environment or dynamic company will be an added advantage.
Competencies:
- Solid understanding of Human resources principles, work legal provisions, and industry standards.
- Clear articulation and people skills.
- Competence in Human resources software and Ms office tools.
- Robust corporate and issue resolution abilities.
- Capability to manage private information with competence and discretion.
