Work tasks

• Offering L1 and L2 assist for all IT Infra associated concerns:
• Final user processing (Which includes IT Software and hardware deploying and assist to final users & Endpoint devices + End point guard)
• Networks & Guard (Which includes LAN, WAN, Voice, Wireless).
• Servers (Which includes Operational servers, Application Servers, Data backup, Disaster Recovery
• Physical Guard (Closed-circuit television System, Authorization System and Electric Fence)
• IT Management (Aligning with Business requests and management, IT Procurement, IT Outsourcing, IT Development, IT Recordkeeping, Resource control, Asset servicing & maintenance, IT asset Life cycle management)
• IT Projects (Which includes IT Infra projects and offering assist to other IT projects which includes SAP, TWMS, UWB, ePMS, PIMS, DMS-SFA etc.)
• Prompt assist of IT associated concerns across the factory
• Offer desktop/Laptop instant assist for all the users both on/off on-site
• Assist TWMS system inside the business warehouse
• IT associated tools in-field and documentation any abnormality
• Collaborate with authorized Service Supplier (WAN and LAN) to Assist and settle associated LAN and WAN concerns across Nigeria
• Assist the investigative of Network associated concerns across other PZ & Wilmar operating Units outside Nigeria especially during service outage
• Match with international workforce and vendors to implement Network Projects, Solutions Advancement strategy and Processes across Nigeria
• Ensure system issue management are in sync with PZC and Wilmar standard operating standardized processes

Qualifications

Credentials: Bsc in information tech, computer science or Computer associated courses Expertise: 5 years of applicable work/leadership background.

Key Specialized abilities:

• Expertise in Deploying, Setup, Management & offering IT assistance of the Network Structure.
• Expertise in Deploying, Setup, Management & offering IT assistance of Steward Structure.
• Expertise in Deploying, Setup, Servicing & maintenance of Endpoint Devices & Application which includes Desktop PCs, Laptops, Printers, scanners, mobile devices, Software apps etc.
• Expertise in offering assist for Application & DB systems for Websites/Web & Application servers.
• Expertise in Design, Execution & Management of Physical guard initiatives which comprise of Closed-circuit television, Authorization and Electric fence system.
• Expertise in IT Procurement which includes offering technical confirmation of quotes and BOM.
• Expertise in IT Outsourcing & Vendor Management
• Work expertise in assisting IT projects.
• Expertise in recordkeeping and getting ready documentation.
