Job Description
Position Overview
The HR Manager will head the design, execution, and management of people plans that assist KCTC’s purpose of superiority in healthcare. This position is in charge of building a top-performing, inspired staff by monitoring hiring process, development, employee relation, and results tracking. By aligning with international healthcare Human resources procedures, the Human resources Manager make sure that KCTC remains a progressive, conforming, and attractive company while nurturing an environment that fosters responsibility, competence, and ongoing development.
Primary duties
- Formulate and execute Human resources plans, rules, and standardized processes tailored to healthcare dispatch and in sync with international industry standards.
- Head hiring process, selection, and orientation of clinical, technical, and managerial employees to draw in and retain high performer.
- Supervise results tracking operational structures, which includes appraisals, KPIs, and professional development pathways.
- Organize employees development, ongoing education, and career advancement, making sure adherence with worldwide healthcare Human resources guidelines.
- Oversee workplace engagement, grievance managing, and disciplinary methods fairly, repeatedly, and transparently.
- Guarantee adherence with Nigerian statutory qualifications while embedding worldwide industry standards in operating terms, fairness, and employee well-being.
- Design and execute remuneration, perks, and incentive operational structures that are attractive and helpful of employees welfare.
- Collaborate with executive guidance to strategy staff needs, succession plans, and workplace culture development.
- Head Human resources status updates, audits, and staff data analysis to guide management decisions.
- Serve as a trusted adviser for executive review and employees on Human resources and staff-associated matters.
Qualifications
- Bsc in Personnel Management, Business Management, Industrial Relations, or relevant field.
- MSC and/or Human resources qualifications (CIPM, SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent) preferred.
- Solid understanding of healthcare staff rules, human resource management, and Human resources industry standards.
- At least 5–7 years progressive Human resources expertise, which includes a minimum of 3 years in a executive position.
- Expertise in healthcare or large service entities is highly preferred.
- Established history in hiring process, results tracking, and business improvement.

- Outstanding interpersonal and verbal abilities with the capability to oversee sensitive concerns.
- Competence in HRIS, wage processing operational structures, and staff planning resources.

- Honesty and reliability, secrecy, and capability to build trust at all levels of the company.
- Capability to balance adherence with creative Human resources procedures in healthcare.
