Position Overview
- The Medical Front desk officer will be the first point of reach out for patients, families, and visitors at KICTC.

- The Medical Front desk officer will oversee front office processes, manage patient registration, assignments, and questions while making sure secrecy and competence.

Workspace Company & Assist:
- Preserve a clean, structured, and welcoming reception zone at all times.
- Ensure workspace tools (phones, printers, computers, POS machines) processes correctly, status updates concerns promptly.
- File and arrange crucial records and documents productively, preserving legal adherence and patient secrecy.
Patient Assist:
- Offer empathy and comprehension to patients, presenting reassurance and compassion in sensitive conditions.
- Proposal precise and brief information about solutions, standardized processes, and rules to patients and families.
- Help patients in executing forms, payments, and recordkeeping qualifications.
- Direct patients to suitable departments and ensure smooth flow of solutions.
Qualifications
- At least OND / NCE onsite Management, Business Management, Secretarial Studies, or relevant field.
- A certification or accreditation in medical workspace management or client support is a plus.
- Basic computer literacy, which includes competence in Office productivity software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- At least 2 years’ expertise in a client support, front office, or managerial position.
- Prior expertise in a healthcare or hospital setting is a plus.
