Stock-Side Officer at New Incentives in Kano

Position Overview

The Stock-side Officer (SSO) will be in charge of stock-side evaluate and recognition of cases, investigative, acting to settle cases and routine status updates. In addition, the SSO will make payments and endorse creative thoughts that will reduce or eradicate stockout and runouts.

Guard Consciousness:

• Documentation all guard incidents in zones of processes, which includes incidents that do not directly affect employees and/or processes.
• Assume accountability for personal safety and the safety of team members, as relevant, in the site.
• Read and comprehend all Guard documents in the circumstance of processes, which includes SOPs and Country Guard Strategy.

Other Obligations:

As allocated by executive guidance (Less than 5% of position).

Rate of compliance to:

• routine updating of the clinic, apex clinic or LGA case data records before night fall
• On a weekly basis updating of the master case log before the preceding Monday
• Prompt routine status updates to team members through email before 5pm.

• Clear expression competencies (verbal and documented) in Hausa
