Position Overview

The preferred candidate delivers accommodation solutions that match the local characteristics for expatriate and business commute employees, empowering them to operate productively.

Duties

• Formulate Local Accommodation Rules: Establish guest accommodation distribution regulations, service guidelines, etc.
• Prompt and precisely finalize the disclosure of local accommodation agreements, and register and preserve dormitory assets in the eAdmin system.
• Manage accommodation requests from local employees, assign accommodation assets, and oversee routine accommodation solutions.
• Constantly enhance accommodation service fulfillment through prompt and standardized service offering and supplier agreement administration.
• Precisely and prompt submit application for and pay accommodation-associated expenditures, preserve agile status reports of accommodation assets, and ensure uniformity between accounts and actuals.

• Knowledgeable about the methods and regulations of the accommodation business, competent of structuring local accommodation regulations based on local
