Client base expansion & Expertise Manager at TeamAce Limited in Lagos

Position Overview

As the Client base expansion & Expertise Manager, you will be in charge of shaping and coordinating the comprehensive client journey across dispatch channels, social platforms, and digital channels. You will design growth plans, head service teams, and ensure smooth client engagements that boost retention, retention, and corporate identity equity.

Duties

• Design and execute plans to grow repeat orders, client recommendations, and client lifetime value
• Supervise client assistance channels, making sure prompt solution and high service guidelines
• Oversee social platforms relation, online reputation, and dispatch operational base ratings
• Head and mentor client support teams, tracking KPIs and endorsing enhancements

Qualifications

• Bsc in Business, Promotion, Communications, or relevant field
• At least 3 years of expertise in similar position.
• Demonstrated expertise in client support, customer experience, or relation (food, hospitality, or technology preferred)
• Understanding with dispatch channels (e.g., Bolt Food, Uber Eats, Jumia Food) and social platforms resources
• Effective guidance, information exchange, and dispute-solution competencies.
