Quality assurance Superintendent at Reliable Steel and Plastic Industries Limited in Onitsha, Anambra

Position Overview

We are looking for a highly proficient and accredited Quality assurance Superintendent with robust competence in quality assurance and guarantee to supervise and preserve product standard guidelines. The preferred candidate will possess 3–5 years of related experience in standards oversight, with a profile in plastics production operations being a robust advantage.

Primary duties

• Oversee, organize, and track the routine initiatives of the Quality assurance Quality control team.
• Formulate, execute, and preserve standards regulate standardized processes to guarantee adherence with organisation guidelines and compliance obligations.
• Examine unedited materials, in-process generation, and finished goods to confirm adherence with requirements.
• Head root cause evaluation, corrective action, and ongoing development programs to reduce faults and improve product standard.
• Ensure calibration and proper use of running test tools and laboratory instruments.
• Organize and show excellent output documentation for executive review.
• Offer learning, mentoring, and guidance to Quality control employees to preserve an environment that fosters quality.
• Work alongside generation, engineering, and Research & development teams to settle quality-associated concerns.
• Ensure adherence to safety and hygiene guidelines in line with organisation and industry rules.

Credentials & Qualifications

• Bsc in Standards oversight, Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, or relevant field.
• A member of a professional body(s) in Quality assurance / QA (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma, ASQ Accredited Quality Engineer or similar) is compulsory.
• 3–5 years of demonstrated expertise in Quality assurance/QA positions, ideally in a production operations environment.
• Solid understanding excellent quality management operational structures (QMS), ISO guidelines, and legal adherence.
• Expertise in plastic production operations methods will be a robust advantage.
• Outstanding executive guidance, issue resolution, and verbal abilities.
• Robust logical capability with meticulousness.
