Feature lead - Card at Kalabash Technologies - Wakanow in Lagos

Position Overview

We are looking for a driven and meticulous Feature lead – Card to head the development, growth, and lifecycle management of Kalabash’s card goods. The preferred candidate will merge in-depth understanding of card payment ecosystems (debit, prepaid, and credit) with robust product leadership abilities to provide exceptional value to clients and match with Kalabash’s strategic targets.

Primary duties

• Lead comprehensive product management for Kalabash’s card goods, from ideation to initiate and ongoing development.
• Establish and oversee the product roadmap in line with client needs, compliance obligations, and business targets.
• Work alongside cross-operational teams which includes engineering, adherence, processes, promotion, and strategic collaborations to supply premium quality card initiatives.
• Track product effectiveness, interpret data, and produce findings to enhance customer experience, income, and product adoption.
• Stay informed on market trends, rival offerings, and emerging technical solutions in card payments.
• Ensure goods adhere possessing applicable financial rules, card scheme regulations, and guard guidelines (PCI DSS, KYC, AML, etc.).
• Oversee connections with key associates which includes banks, payment processors, and card schemes.

Credentials & Qualifications

• Bsc in Business, Finance, Tech, or a relevant field.
• 4+ years of expertise in product management within financial technology, payments, or banking (card goods expertise necessary).
• Deep knowledge of the card ecosystem – issuance, processing, obtaining, and settlement.
• Verified ability to convert client needs and business targets into product capabilities.
• Outstanding logical, information exchange, and stakeholder engagement competencies.
• Robust implementation competencies with a track document of initiating and scaling card goods.
