Position Overview

The Business Development Managerwould be in charge of the routine synchronization of the business workspace and building sites, making sure productive process, employees productivity, income production, managerial logistics, and customer satisfaction. They make sure that the business framework aligns with the corporate identity’s premium standard.

Business Development:

• Recognizing and pursuing new business/ income-boosting avenues. (Which includes market analysis, relationship building, building relationship and sales-closing).
• Conceptualizing and executing business development plans, tailored to the specific needs of the industry and customers.
• Evaluating industry trends, comprehension the attractive landscape and recognizing possibility growth zones.
• Preserving robust customer/participant information exchange and connection management.
• Making sure exceptional customer experience across board, to boost customer retention and commitment.
• Supporting the corporate identity and conceptualizing the organization’s unique closing sales proposition (USP).

Credentials

• At least 3 years of business executive guidance expertise in a steel OR building building organisation, or connected sector / position.
• Deep knowledge of organizational processes with established history in project finalization and customer management.
• Thorough, with sharp perception for finer points.
• Outstanding synchronization and schedule control competencies to ensure adherence to due dates.
• Capability to prioritize. Coordinating multi-operational teams and methods at the same time.
• Skilled in on-site oversight, business resources, Workspace management and Enterprise platform planning operational structures.
• Robust logical and critical thinking competencies, with high precision level.
• Verified ability to head and motivate in a high-paced service-oriented environment.
