The Visa Officer is in charge of processing visa applications, carrying out interviews, checking documents, and making sure adherence with immigration legal provisions and rules. Duties

• Accept, evaluate, and process visa applications.
• Carry out candidate interviews to confirm information and evaluate qualification.
• Check and authenticate assisting documents (passports, invitations, financial statements, job letters, etc.).
• Guarantee adherence with immigration rules, visa categories, and lawful qualifications.
• Preserve precise and private candidate records.
• Offer candidates with clear information about visa qualifications, timelines, and decisions.
• Identify and prevent fraudulent applications through thorough checks.
• Coordinate with other regulatory bodies, embassies, or foreign missions as required.
• Organize documentation and preserve statistics on visa applications and authorizations.
• Offer outstanding client support while upholding specialist and professional conduct.

Qualifications

• At least a Bsc in Law, International affairs, Political Science, Public Management, or relevant field.
• A minimum of 2 years of applicable professional background in immigration, client support, lawful, or managerial positions.
• Comprehension of visa/immigration rules and recordkeeping.
• Understanding with fraud discovery and paperwork review standardized processes.
• Robust documented and spoken communication competencies.
• Good logical and solution-oriented capability.
• Competence in Office productivity software and database administration.
• Meticulousness with high level of precision.
