Job Description

We are looking for an skilled and outcomes-driven Store Manager to supervise the day-to-day activities of our store.
The preferred candidate will possess demonstrated expertise in store management and a solid experience in stock management.
You will be in charge of making sure smooth store processes, preserving precise inventory levels, supplying outstanding client support, and top the store team to attain sales and targets.

Supervise and oversee daily store processes, making sure effectiveness and outstanding customer experience.
Oversee, educate, and motivate employees to attain individual and group results targets.
Oversee stock by supervising inventory levels, carrying out consistent inventory counts, and adjusting discrepancies.
Organize with suppliers and vendors to guarantee prompt replenishment of goods.
Execute stock regulatory actions to reduce loss, waste, and overstocking.
Track and evaluate sales data to recognize practices and avenue for development.
Ensure the store follows with organisation rules, health & safety guidelines, and business standardized processes.
Manage client questions, response, and service issues in a specialist manner.
Organize and send documentation on sales, expenditures, and stock effectiveness for executive review.

You possess a minimum of two to five years of work expertise
Proven 4+ years of expertise as a Store Manager, In-store Manager, or similar executive function.
Solid experience in stock management and inventory regulate.
Outstanding executive guidance and team lead competencies.
Robust corporate, issue resolution, and handling multiple responsibilities abilities.
Competence in MS Workspace and stock management operational structures (POS software expertise will be an added advantage).
Clear articulation and people skills.
Capability to operate under pressure and reach targets.
