We are seeking a agile Regional Commercial manager to head our business development team in Abuja and lead business expansion in the region. Primary duties

• Head regional sales plan & business effectiveness.
• Oversee and grow vendor networks and direct sales teams.
• Formulate and implement regional promotion plans.
• Ensure productive sales processes and results tracking.
• Lead direct sales to SMEs, manage in-store shop management, and implement BTL initiatives.
• Build and preserve robust client connections.
• Manage a territory with 30-50 Base stations, 40-50 Vendors and Key in-store outlets
• Hire vendors/distributors and ensure collections from in-store outlets.

Credentials

• Higher national diploma / Bachelor's degree / BA in Business, Promotion, or a relevant field.
• At least 5 years of expertise in sales (telecoms, banking, coverage, media, e-commerce).
• Robust expertise in sales planning process, team lead, and KPI effectiveness.
• Skilled in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
