Explanation

We are looking for a Health data management Officer who will also serve as a Client support Staff to join our agile team. The preferred candidate will be in charge of coordinating health information operational structures and offering exceptional client support to patients, visitors, and medical employees.

Primary duties

• Oversee and preserve health information databases, making sure precision, secrecy, and adherence with rules.
• Retrieve and assemble medical records for patient care, analysis, and lawful purposes.
• Process patient admissions, transfers, and discharges by precisely modifying records and recordkeeping.
• Work alongside medical employees and other departments to guarantee productive information flow and settle questions.
• Help patients and visitors by offering information, direction, and assist regarding health records and managerial methods.
• Manage questions through phone, email, and in-person engagements in a courteous and specialist manner.
• Teach patients on entering and comprehension their health information while preserving secrecy and confidentiality.

Requirement & Credentials

• At least an OND in Health data management
• Demonstrated expertise in health data management and client support in a healthcare setting.
• Clear expression, interpersonal, and analytical abilities.
• Expertise in medical terminology and patient confidentiality legal provisions.
• Task juggling skill, prioritize, and work productively in a dynamic environment.
• Required location Woji, Port Harcourt or its environs.
