At least Qualifications

• At least a Bsc in educational studies (B.Ed) or a applicable Bsc (e.g., Bachelor's degree/B.A) with a Postgraduate Certification in educational studies (PGDE)
• A minimum of 3 - 6 years of progressive executive guidance expertise in a reputable nursery and primary school setting
• Deep understanding and practical expertise withrelevant components of the Nigerian education system(Deep understanding of British EYFS and Key Stages 1 & 2 syllabus is a plus)
• Exhibited capability to oversee academic and managerial processes productively
• Clear articulation, corporate, and people skills
• Demonstrated expertise in employees oversight, results tracking, and school advancement programs
• Must at present live within or be open to relocation to Abeokuta.

• Exceptional executive guidance and team leadership abilities, with the capability to motivate, train, and formulate teachers and non-instructors
• Skilled in school management, regulatory framework execution, and legal adherence (which includes Nigerian Ministry of Education and international industry standards)
• Technology-savvy, with a dedication to combining online platforms to improve training, learning, and school processes
• A assured speaker with outstanding people skills for interacting with students, parents, employees, and the wider school group
