Role summary

The Logistics coordinator will be accountable for managing regional logistics processes, making sure prompt movement of goods, efficient warehouse utilization, and productive managing of materials. The position requires robust synchronization, organizing, and supervisory competencies to enhance logistics initiatives and assist organizational processes.

Primary duties

• Organize and track regional logistics processes to guarantee smooth and on-time completion of goods.
• Oversee and check in on regional material requests and applications.
• Strategize assign, and oversee the use of warehouse materials to enhance effectiveness.
• Guarantee adherence with organisation logistics rules, safety guidelines, and compliance obligations.
• Oversee connections with transport vendors, vendors, and internal teams to guarantee smooth logistics processes.
• Track stock levels, modify inventory records, and ensure proper recordkeeping of goods movement.
• Recognize and settle logistics-associated concerns, bottlenecks, or setbacks.
• Organize and send periodic documentation on logistics effectiveness, warehouse utilization, and material flow.
• Assist cost optimization programs and process enhancements in logistics processes.
• Educate, oversee, and motivate logistics employees to attain unit-specific targets.

Qualifications

• Bsc in Logistics, Stock Chain Management, Business Management, or relevant field.
• At least [3–5] years’ expertise in logistics, warehousing, or stock chain oversight.
• Solid understanding of logistics methods, stock management, and warehouse processes.
• Competence in MS Workspace and logistics management operational structures (Enterprise platform planning/WMS).
• Outstanding corporate, issue resolution, and verbal abilities.
• Capability to operate under pressure and oversee various key focuses.
• Executive guidance and team leadership abilities.
