Primary duties

• Supervise routine dining venue processes to guarantee regular fine dining service guidelines.
• Hire, educate, and oversee dining venue employees, making sure competence and visitor fulfillment.
• Oversee booking arrangements, customer service experience, and settle client matters promptly and elegantly.
• Track and regulate stock, F&B expenses, and waste management.
• Work alongside the Chief Cook and kitchen team to preserve menu quality and service flow.
• Guarantee adherence with health, safety, and hygiene rules.
• Formulate and execute plans to grow income, revenue optimization, and client loyalty.
• Oversee financial plans, wage processing, and finance reporting for the dining venue.

Qualifications

• Bsc or Certification in hotel management Management or relevant field.
• 5+ years’ demonstrated expertise in dining venue management, ideally fine dining.
• Solid understanding of F&B processes, client support, and hospitality guidelines.
• Outstanding executive guidance, information exchange, and planning abilities.
• Capability to operate under pressure in a dynamic, high-standard environment.
• Expertise in POS operational structures and dining venue management software.
• Specialist appearance and demeanor.
