Position Overview

We are looking for a certified and performance-focused Property surveyor & Valuer to join a reputable property practice. The successful applicant will be in charge of carrying out cost assessments, real estate inspections, leasing, sales, management, and professional guidance while making sure adherence with specialist guidelines and supplying premium quality customer support.

Duties

• Carry out real estate inspections, cost assessments, and viability assessments.
• Organize precise and prompt appraisal documentation and associated recordkeeping.
• Manage real estate sales, leasing, purchases, and management.
• Offer specialist professional guidance on property investment and industry trends.
• Coordinate with customers, real estate owners, regulatory bodies, and compliance-related bodies.
• Preserve robust customer connections and ensure client fulfillment.
• Guarantee adherence with industry guidelines, statutory rules, and organisation rules.

Qualifications

• Higher national diploma / Bachelor's degree Academic qualification in Estate Management or relevant field.
• Membership of NIESV and registration with ESVARBON is compulsory.
• At least 5 - 10 years post-service experience expertise in real estate appraisal and estate management.
• Sound expertise in real estate legal provisions, market forces, and financial funding evaluation.
• Competence in MS Workspace (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and appraisal resources/software.
• Robust bargain, logical, and documentation skilled in writing.
• Clear articulation and interpersonal abilities.
• Honesty and reliability, competence, and the capability to operate independently or in a collaborative environment.
