Role summary

We are looking for a proficient and meticulous Account Manager to join our team. The successful applicant will play a main responsibility in monitoring accounting processes, making sure adherence, and assisting the organization’s financial effectiveness targets.

Primary duties

• Oversee routine accounting processes, which includes outstanding receivables, outstanding bills, adjustments, and general ledger management.
• Organize, evaluate, and evaluate financial statements and statements to guarantee precision and adherence with guidelines.
• Assist financial planning, predicting, and budgeting methods.
• Guarantee adherence with statutory rules, organisation rules, and accounting guidelines.
• Organize with auditors, tax governing bodies, and external participants as required.
• Train and oversee entry-level accounting employees to improve group results.
• Deliver promptly financial findings for executive review for informed strategic judgment.

Qualifications

• Bsc in Accounting, Finance, or associated discipline.
• A member of a professional body (ICAN/ACCA) or active advancement toward accreditation is a plus.
• At least 4–6 years applicable accounting expertise, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership position.
• Solid understanding of finance reporting, accounting guidelines, and compliance obligations.
• Competence in financial system (e.g., Sage, Enterprise platform planning operational structures, QuickBooks) and Excel spreadsheet software.
• Robust logical, executive guidance, and verbal abilities.
• High level of honesty and reliability, precision, and meticulousness.
