Project Field service engineer at Arnergy Solar Limited in Lagos

Position Overview

As our Site Service Engineer, you will be in charge of the servicing & maintenance of clients’ solar/energy operational structures. You will manage processes and servicing & maintenance initiatives in your cluster making sure energy accessibility and client fulfillment.

Duties

• Manage the daily processes and servicing & maintenance of solar system setups across your allocated cluster to guarantee operational structures operate productively and reliably.
• Manage standard procedure inspections, preventive servicing & maintenance, and corrective repairs on solar PV operational structures, inverters, and batteries.
• Carry out on-site visits to settle client concerns, enhance system effectiveness, and offer practical diagnosing issues when needed.
• Offer specialized skill in diagnosing and fixing problems connected with solar panels, inverters, battery storage operational structures and other energy operational structures.
• Collaborate with the project coordination team to manage system setups, initiating, servicing & maintenance, and repairs in a prompt and productive manner.
• Manage acceptance tests for deployed solar initiatives and operational structures
• Ensure zero instances of service disruptions, being largely responsible for service uptime in your cluster.
• Ensure outstanding customer experience for customers in your cluster.
• Make sure that all process and servicing & maintenance initiatives carried out at customer sites  adhere with best-in-class guidelines and procedures.
• Execute on-site evaluation and load evaluation on potential opportunities' facilities where necessary.
• Ensure 24/7 accessibility for crisis callouts
