Job Description

Actively engage potential drivers and test general pushing capability
Carryout graphics acuity test, to check eye faults or otherwise
Carry out psychometric test for each potential driver, to verify mental health status
Make sure that cones are properly placed at adequate distance from each other
Check comprehension of safety measures and pushing legal provisions
Verify potential opportunity's reverse pushing capability
Engage potential driver and pass them onto the next of driver talent acquisition
Carry out aspiration test and make endorsement
Deploy psychometric evaluation
Record and documentation on potential opportunities' effectiveness during tests.

At least 0-1 year expertise in a similar position
Outstanding spoken communication and professional writing competencies.
Must comprehend the regional language proficiency of the business territory.
Competence in other languages is added advantage
Good logical and planning abilities with expertise
The candidate should be capable to enjoy clerical and managerial collaborate with good organizing and numeric competencies
Must have robust methodical approach to finalize the allocated work
High People skills
Maximum focus over an extended period of time
Expertise about highway code and all traffic and road-use regulations
