Duties

• Conceptualizing and optimizing promotion strategies unique to different perfumery goods and solutions.
• Developing and optimizing current promotion plans.
• Relationship building with different supplier groups inside the perfumery product and service dispatch full operational cycle
• Recognizing and compelling different client groups applicable to the ADAM business model
• Carrying out promotion analysis and evaluation to generate applicable promotion information and assess practices.
• Carrying out promotion analysis to recognize new perfumery goods and solutions and carrying out attractive intelligence evaluation.
• Supervising ongoing promotional initiatives and expenditure based on the financial plan assigned.
• Producing and creating documentation on an ongoing business promotional effort's key effectiveness indicators (KPIs).
• Producing compelling promotional assets to lead online and physical promotional initiatives.
• Making sure efficient and productive allocation of promotional assets to applicable client groups
• Observe industry trends and evaluate client initiatives to recognize commercial opportunities.
• Coordinating online (which includes social platforms promotion) and offline promotion channels
• Formulate and execute complete promotion plans encompassing various channels, which includes traditional media (TV, print) and digital channels.
• Arranges and manages multifaceted advertising events, exhibitions, and information exchange marketing to improve corporate identity visibility.
• Executes market analysis to evaluate practices, contest, and buyer conduct, shaping the entire promotion approach.

Qualifications

• National Certification (OND) or NCE
• Any B2B and B2C promotion expertise with a concentration on FCMG and premium experience goods will be advantageous.
• Robust track document of conceptualizing product and go-to-market plans.
• Verified ability to foster creativity and implement projects with superiority.
• Robust data evaluation competencies and expertise with client analysis methods
• Must be highly fluent in spoken and documented English. A key part of the position will be drafting and editing proposals to corporate and other business clients.
• Skilled in Office productivity software applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
