Risk Manager at Eat 'N' Go Limited in Lagos

Role summary

To head the Enterprise Risk mitigation strategy (ERM) Unit and lead the development, execution, and ongoing development of a strong risk mitigation strategy structure across the company. The Risk Manager will make sure that risks are proactively recognized, evaluated, tracked, and mitigated in alignment with the company’s strategic targets and in accordance with the Three Lines Model of compliance.

Supervising & Status updates:

• Establish key risk indicators (KRIs) and dashboards to track threat level and practices.
• Organize and show risk documentation to top level management and applicable compliance panels.
• Guarantee promptness status updates of emerging risks and incidents

Compliance & Adherence:

 Assist the Chief of Compliance & Regulate in embedding the Three Lines Model, making sure clear delineation of positions between risk owners, monitoring processes, and guarantee vendors. Work alongside Internal Audit, Adherence, and other regulate processes to guarantee combined risk monitoring.

Participant Relation:

 Coordinate with external authorities, auditors, and advisors on risk-associated matters.  Build solid connections with internal participants to coordinate efficient risk mitigation strategy.

Development & Consciousness:

 Design and supply risk mitigation strategy capacity-building plans to build capacity across the company. Advocate consciousness programs to advance initiative-driven risk ownership

Credentials

• Bsc in Risk mitigation strategy, Finance, Business Management, or relevant field; MSC is a plus.
• Specialist qualifications which includes CRMA, ERM, ISO 31000, CIA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent.
• At least 5–7 years of related experience in risk mitigation strategy, compliance, or internal regulate, with a minimum of 3 years in a executive function.
• Deep knowledge of enterprise risk frameworks, legal adherence, and compliance systems.
