About the Position

The Chief of Promotion is in charge of top the entire business promotion strategy of the organization, with a robust concentration on property marketing, digital visibility, and on-ground head production. The position manages both in-house and site promotion initiatives while managing content formation, corporate identity management, and promotion effectiveness tracking.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years  expertise in property promotion (sales, rentals, progress updates).
• Demonstrated expertise coordinating both digital and site promotion teams.
• Robust proficiency with online platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Canva, Mailchimp, Google Data analysis, CRM operational structures).
• Outstanding documented, verbal, and public speaking.
• Track document of successful property marketing with measurable ROI.
• Task juggling skill, head teams, and work in a dynamic environment.
