Position Overview

As our Logistics Business operations manager, you'll revolutionize how we move goods across Nigeria. You'll supervise our entire logistics ecosystem - from warehouses to final-mile dispatch - while building methods that scale with Africa's fastest-growing eCommerce organisation.

• Lead operations excellency - Oversee routine logistics processes and enhance for speed, cost, and quality
• Create at scale - Difficulty current methods and execute initiatives for rapid business expansion
• Improve customer experience - Produce creative ways to delight our clients through superior logistics
• Head digital transformation - Collaborate with IT to execute cutting-edge logistics tech
• Build long-term alliances - Oversee connections with 3PL vendors and primary stakeholders

What You Bring

• Established leadership - 10+ years of expertise with 2+ years coordinating large teams in logistics, production operations, or advising
• Academic superiority - MSC in Engineering, Processes, Stock Chain, or Master of business administration preferred 
• Technology-savvy - Expert level in Office productivity software and Google Workspace
• Process proficiency - Practical experience designing and optimizing operational frameworks
• People executive guidance - Full-cycle Human resources expertise: recruiting, results tracking, professional development
