Chief of Initiatives at Khenpro Global Services in Victoria Island, Lagos

Position Objective

The Chief of Initiatives will be in charge of conceptualizing and top creative, service-oriented service and tech initiatives that lead business expansion and operations excellency. This position bridges the disparity between business development, engineering/technical teams, and customers—making sure that tailored initiatives are commercially viable, technically sound, and in sync with the organization’s strategic targets.

Executive guidance & Plan:

• Build and head a cross-operational initiatives team (engineering, IT, processes, business-related).
• Formulate initiative roadmaps in sync with organisation plan and continuously adapting petroleum sector market trends (e.g., digitalization, long-term viability, asset optimization).
• Act as the organisation’s domain specialist on combined service offerings.

Project & Results tracking:

• Supervise implementation of initiatives from idea to dispatch, making sure on-time and within-financial plan finalization.
• Track results indicators, customer satisfaction, and ongoing development of fulfilled initiatives.
• Guarantee adherence with all safety, quality, and ecological guidelines.

Credentials & Expertise

• Bsc in Engineering, Geosciences, Petroleum, or relevant field (Master’s/Master of business administration a plus).
• At least 7–10years’ expertise in oilfield solutions, engineering initiatives, or associated technical/processes positions, with a minimum of 5 years in executive guidance.
• Robust track document in conceptualizing and supplying sophisticated technical initiatives in Petroleum sector.
• Business-related strategic insight with expertise in customer interaction, tendering, and business development.
• Expertise in digital technical solutions (IoT, AI, automatic control) in petroleum sector processes is a plus.
