Job Description

Position Overview

  • We are looking for a initiative-driven and meticulous Human resources Generalist to join our Worldwide HR team.
  • This position is designed to overlap with our Human resources Expert, who will be retiring in December, to guarantee a smooth transition and expertise move.
  • This position will assist core Human resources processes and play a main responsibility in the transition to a Specialist Company Company (PEO).

Duties

  • Help with orientation/offboarding methods
  • Preserve and modify employee records, in addition to Human resources files, forms, and documents
  • Evaluate and authorize wage processing modifications
  • Organize schedule and presence system (Replicon)
  • Execute HRIS records entry and ensure information accuracy (NetSuite/ADP/Replicon)
  • Assist perks management, which includes bill processing and auditing
  • Address employee questions and requests
  • Assist internal and adherence audits
  • Oversee U.S. job qualification confirmation
  • Offer details to and coordinate with the PEO supplier, making sure a smooth transition and ongoing synchronization
  • Offer details to and coordinate with EOR vendors, making sure continuous help and synchronization
  • Offer assistance to hiring process and results tracking methods, rules and standardized processes, and professional growth
  • Work alongside Human resources teammates internationally and offer assistance to programs that strengthen group building

Credentials

  • Bsc in HR or relevant field
  • 3+ years of Human resources expertise, ideally in a worldwide company
  • Understanding with operational structures used to modify and track Human resources data (ex. NetSuite, ADP, Replicon)
  • Robust corporate and verbal abilities
  • Outstanding meticulousness
  • Capability to oversee various key focuses and deliver on time
  • Expertise in U.S. job legal provisions and qualification confirmation
  • Expertise with adherence and audit assist
  • Expertise with PEOs and EORs
  • Expertise operating in a worldwide nonprofit company
  • Capability to operate productively across time zones, with significant overlap in U.S. Eastern Time (EDT) hours to assist worldwide programs.
